FAQS

What Do I bring to a Pilates Class?

For a Pilates class, wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Grip socks offer stability and hygiene, and a towel can be useful for sweat or added comfort. Most importantly, bring a positive attitude. All necessary equipment, like mats and reformers, is provided by the studio.

Do I need to be flexible to do Pilates?

No, you don't need to be flexible to start a Pilates class. Pilates is designed to improve your flexibility, strength, and overall fitness gradually. Beginners of all flexibility levels are welcome, and exercises can be modified to suit your current abilities.

How soon will I see results from Pilates?

Results vary, but many people report feeling stronger and more flexible after just a few sessions. For significant changes, consistent practice over several weeks is typically recommended.
