Hi, I'm Tania your pilates instructor.

With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, Tania Voss brings a wealth of knowledge and a friendly approach to her Pilates classes.

Certified Instructor

Post-graduate Pilates instructor with a Diploma in Contemporary Pilates.

Qualified

Diploma in Health Science, and a Certificate IV in Mindful Meditation Practice.

Holistic Approach

A positive environment where movement is matched with mindfulness and care.

For a Pilates class, wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Grip socks offer stability and hygiene, and a towel can be useful for sweat or added comfort. Most importantly, bring a positive attitude. All necessary equipment, like mats and reformers, is provided by the studio.

Not at all. Flexibility is a result of Pilates, not a requirement to start. Every exercise can be modified to your current range of motion, and you'll notice steady improvement session after session.

Most clients feel longer, leaner and more energised within a few weeks. With consistent practice — around two sessions a week — visible changes in strength, posture and tone typically appear within 8 to 12 weeks.
